A Path of Care, Listening, and Inner Knowing

My work is rooted in a lifelong commitment to caring for others—both in the physical and the deeper, more intuitive dimensions of healing.

I have been a Registered Nurse since 1986 and hold a Master of Science in Nursing, with a focus on leadership and education.

Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of clinical settings, including medical-surgical care, adult and neonatal intensive care, cardiac research, and hospice.

Most recently, I served as a professor and Clinical Lead in nursing education, where I had the privilege of mentoring future nurses.

This foundation continues to shape how I work today—with presence, discernment, and deep respect for each individual’s experience.

A Personal Journey

From an early age, I felt drawn to the unseen and the unconventional.

As a child, I had intuitive and spiritual experiences that were not always understood by those around me. Over time, I learned to question and quiet that part of myself.

In my twenties and early thirties, I often felt uncertain of my direction. I explored creative paths—writing, acting, and voice work—but struggled with confidence and self-doubt.

That period of searching eventually led me to the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, where something began to shift.

I discovered a deep connection to healing work and a growing understanding of how our thoughts, emotions, and life experiences are intricately connected.

Through continued study and personal work, I gradually reconnected with my intuitive abilities and found a sense of alignment with my path.

Where Science and Intuition Meet

Alongside my nursing career, I’ve followed a parallel path—one centered on healing, transformation, and the deeper layers of human experience.

I am a certified Energy Psychology Practitioner and a graduate of both the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and the Living from Grace program.

Since 2003, I have maintained a private practice, supporting clients through energy work and spiritual mentoring.

I later became a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Nurse Coach, integrating a holistic approach that honors the mind, body, emotions, and spirit.

My work continues to evolve through advanced training and experiential learning in group dynamics and the power of presence—both in individual sessions and collective spaces.

Continuing the Work

My journey is ongoing.

Over the years, I’ve continued to deepen my understanding through advanced programs, mentorship, and personal exploration—including work in ancestral healing, transformational psychology, and group process.

These experiences have shaped not only how I work with others, but how I continue to grow within myself.

What Guides Me

I believe that each person carries their own inner wisdom.

At times, it can feel distant or difficult to access—especially during periods of change, loss, or uncertainty.

My role is not to provide answers, but to help you reconnect with what is already within you.

To create a space where:

  • your experience is met with respect

  • your questions can be explored without pressure

  • and your own knowing can begin to emerge more clearly

  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
